Eagle Street Grill to close at the end of April after 20 years in business Eagle Street Grill, on the prominent downtown St. Paul corner of Kellogg and West Seventh streets, will close at the end of April.The restaurant has been serving fans of hockey and rock and roll before and after games and concerts for two decades. (WTEN) -- Governor Hochul along with some state lawmakers are calling on Democratic Assembly member Juan Ardila of Queens to resign after accusations of sexual assault.
